A large Tesco Extra on the Northwestern side of Aberdeen. Even if using a Disabled parking bay it's a reasonable hike into the store from its outside door, so we only went as far on as we needed to. Could see an Optician and Tesco mobile shop in the distance, don't know what is upstairs 🙃. …

The two stars are for the nice customers and the few nice colleagues there. The management are lacking in a backbone and are never available when you are requiring their help. Also ended up having to leave due to my mental health being affected by a bullying and egotistical driver who thinks they are above everyone else. A shame, as it was a good job until a couple of years ago.

I bought a 5kg Hom Mali rice from this store. When I opened up the bag a horrible smell came from it. I poured the rice into a container and nice big lumps of yellow rice came out. Edit: The kind customer services got it sorted out and I received a refund but I still don't have rice.🙂

Very expensive to shop in this store at Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. Prices rise each time you visit, the vegetables and fruit is very low grade and not very appealing. The media state the cost of living is levelling off....not at this store!

Rude and unprofessional staff manning the lottery ticket / tobacco counter (28/07/23 @9pm). They leave customers hanging about while they chat amongst themselves then act like they are doing you a favour when they serve you on the counter. I was appalled at their arrogant and confrontational behaviour.......they know nothing about customer service

this is a great supermarket. every time a welcome staff at the door wanted us to smile. Lego are always on sale.There are many kinds of fresh meat. i hight recommend salmon，prawn and beef sirlon. And pork chops.

Absolute joke of a company. I've just visited the store but now want to speak to someone on the phone. Simple, right? Not so. You get put on to a labyrinth of options, none of which take you to someone on the other end of a phone. This country has gone to the dogs.
